1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Beauty products and cosmetics that have been opened, unsealed, or used for hygiene reasons.
Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (unless demonstrably defective upon arrival).
Gift cards and final sale/clearance items.
3. Return Process
Initiate: Contact our Customer Service team at support@coopandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions/shipping label (cost may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error).
Ship: Securely package the item and send it back using the provided label.
4. Refund Processing Time
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days.
Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The processing time for the bank/card issuer may vary.
